Everybody talks about everybody

Girls can be so....realised how b-----, my colleagues can be. (Couldn't find a more appropriate word!) I'm starting to get uncomfortable with all the "gossiping behind each other's backs" thing going on at work, its getting so hard to talk to them without getting involved in al the gossiping! Now i just listen and watch what i say...sigh..women...dunno if its an aussie thing or what...
