Makan @ Alice's

Was meant to post this up some time ago! We found a fabulous little place that serves authentic hawker fare and the prices are really good too! The best thing is...they make and sell Kueh! That is something that i have been craving and missing. Couldn't contain our excitement and greed when we saw all the yummy food...so ordered way too much but we were very satified! This little treasure is called Makan @ Alice's.

A baby shower

Went for a baby shower over the weekend. It is the first baby shower i have been to and it was pretty interesting. The mum-to-be is a dear friend of mine and she's due in a month's time so she was quite huge! I was quite curious about what a baby shower was going to be like...and basically we sat around and had some food, after which, the mum-to-be will open up all her presents and everybody watches and gushes over how cute the presents are! I did have a lovely time and i wish her all the best...
